To participate in the $10,000 Give A Way, all you have to do is order (or refer a client who orders) a full general home inspection from Beach To Bayou, between November 1, 2011 and October 31, 2012 and your entry into the Give A Way is automatic.

Celebrating Beach To Bayou’s 10 year anniversary is about thanking those who have contributed to our success. We feel that that more winners is better, so we have revised the $10,000 Give-a-way to allow more winners! Beach To Bayou will select twelve Monthly $325 Award Winners, four Quarterly $1,000 Award Winners and one Year End $2,100 Award Winner for a total give-a-way of $10,000 [(12 x $325) + (4 x $1,000) + (1 x $2,100) = $10,000].

How are the Winners Selected?
Beach To Bayou will use the True Random Number Generator found on Random.org to generate a number that will correspond to a specific Beach To Bayou inspection Order Number. One Random Number will be generated for each Award during the appropriate award period. Award winners will be selected within 7 days of the close of an award period and notified via email. Award winners have 7 days to accept their award. If an Award is not acknowledged and accepted or is declined by the winner, a subsequent Random Number will be generated and the prize awarded to an eligible participant.
What about Taxes?
Each Award winner will be responsible any taxes due on the Award. Beach To Bayou will issue a 1099 Form to each winner. Award winners may elect to have the Award donated to the charity of their choice; however if the donation is made in the Award Winner’s name, a 1099 is required as well. A direct donation from Beach To Bayou, would not require a 1099 .
