At Beach To Bayou, we use a customized, narrative style written report. We believe that each property is unique, and pre-printed, checklist style reports do not allow detailed disclosure of the inspection findings. Our report includes digital photographs of any areas of concern, and our recommended action for each item. By providing this information, the Buyer, Seller and Agents can visually verify any conditions we’ve noted. Like the old saying goes, “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words”.
