Often, at the end of new construction, our inspection services are enlisted to assist the builder with ensuring the systems of the new home are functional and operating properly. We generally don’t include notation of cosmetic defects in this list unless we feel the condition may be overlooked during walk-through by the new home owner.
Our New Construction Punch Out Survey report provides the builder / contractor with a concise list of conditions needing addressed, without the unnecessary details about all the items that were operating properly. We work with our builder clients as partners, offering an extra level of review of the property prior to possession by the new owner.
As we’re not licensed contractors, we do not offer Phase Inspections, but the New Construction Punch Out Survey is designed to review the completed project, once the Certificate of Occupancy has been issued and construction is complete.
